Mittal C. Patel, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Mittal Patel is a highly respected Family Practice physician who completed her medical residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001. She has proudly served the San Jose community for over 25 years, combining her extensive medical background with more than a decade of expertise in Advanced Aesthetic Medicine.
With 11+ years of hands-on Aesthetic experience, Dr. Patel has earned many Master’s-level certifications in injectables, dermal fillers, PDO threads, microneedling, PRP/PRF, and hair restoration therapies. She specializes in regenerative therapies, non-invasive facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and anti-aging treatments designed to enhance natural beauty while maintaining balance and harmony.
Beyond aesthetics, Dr. Patel offers Wellness Programs, customized medical weight loss solutions, and cutting-edge IV therapies. Each program is designed with a holistic approach to health, wellness, and beauty.

Zaphia is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and extensive clinical experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, and oncology care. Alongside her hospital work, she has cultivated a deep passion for aesthetic medicine, seamlessly blending her clinical expertise with an artistic eye for beauty and rejuvenation.

Grace Gaoaen, RN
Grace is an experienced Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical expertise, including a strong background in apheresis and aesthetics. Her unique blend of precision, technical skill, and compassionate care allows her to deliver treatments that are both safe and transformative.

Jolly Dalal, Aesthetician
Jolly is a Licensed Aesthetician with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Hydrafacial, Vi Peel, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, SilkPeel, and microcurrent treatments. Recognized for her expertise, she was voted “Best Facialist” in the Best of Silicon Valley by the San Jose Mercury News in both 2010 and 2011.
Passionate about skin health, Jolly finds it both challenging and rewarding to assess and treat a variety of skin conditions. Her ultimate goal is to provide customized skincare tailored to each patient’s needs, helping them look and feel their very best.
Gurpreet Sohal, Patient Coordinator
Gurpreet Sohal is a 4th-year student at San Jose State University, pursuing her goal of becoming a registered nurse. She has been a valued member of the Clarity Medical Spa team for over a year, working as both a front desk receptionist and medical assistant.
Passionate about aesthetic medicine, Gurpreet loves the way it blends her interest in science with innovative treatments. She is dedicated to ensuring clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey, knowing that each positive interaction enhances their overall experience.
Lupe Angeles, MA/Patient Coordinator
Lupe is a Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator with 10 years of healthcare experience and 2 years expertise in aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin through treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and hair restoration.

Alejandra Osuna, Patient Coordinator/Aesthetician
Alejandra is a Patient Coordinator and Aesthetician with four years of healthcare experience and two years of specialized training in aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin through thoughtfully tailored aesthetic treatments.

Chirag Patel, Practice Director / Chief Operating Officer
Chirag serves as the Practice Director and Chief Operating Officer at Clarity Medical Spa, bringing extensive knowledge, education, and leadership experience to the team. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has held various management and leadership roles across healthcare and software industries during his 25+ year career, including managing private practices.
At Clarity, Chirag works behind the scenes to ensure the clinic operates as a highly optimized, patient-focused business. He oversees operations, processes, team management, and technology implementation, applying best practices with integrity and passion to consistently exceed patient expectations.
